The free SOP Generator
While you're building a map in the tool, it stays on your device. It's saved in your browser, not on our servers, and we don't see any of it.
It only leaves your device when you decide to send it. If you email yourself a copy or book a call, we then store your SOP, your developer brief, your email, and a snapshot of your map, so we can send your copy and so Jim can actually help. We keep that copy for 30 days, then it's deleted. Making a new map replaces the old one.
Here's what won't happen: nobody calls you, and no salesperson comes knocking. We built this because it's useful, not to chase down everyone who draws a diagram. You'll join our email list, where we send something useful now and then, and you can unsubscribe any time. We won't try to sell you anything until you raise your hand.
Booking a call is you raising your hand. That's the only time Jim sees your process, so he can look at it and help.
The contact form and other forms
When you fill out a form on the site, we collect what you typed (your name, email, company, and your message) so we can respond and so it lands in our system instead of getting lost in an inbox. We use GoHighLevel as our CRM and email platform. Same deal on the list and unsubscribe.
Analytics
We log basic, anonymous usage events for our own tools (what got clicked, roughly where you came from, your country) so we can tell what's working. It's first-party, it carries no name or email, and it isn't sold or handed to ad networks. Your email lives in our CRM, kept separate from the anonymous event log.
If you're on our list, every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click is all it takes. We send through GoHighLevel and SendGrid. We don't sell or rent your email to anyone, full stop.
Your choices
Unsubscribe any time from any email. Want your stored documents or your contact record deleted? Email support@mosierdata.com and we'll take care of it. The tool's 30-day window already deletes your generated docs on its own.
