From Data To Direction: Our Origin Story
In 2005, Jim Mosier left corporate life to create something different: a local agency that actually delivered. MosierData began as a one-man shop offering IT support and web development, eventually growing into a full-service digital agency. We had offices, staff, and shelves full of trophies. But something felt off.
Then we tried something different. We launched a focused brand aimed at a single industry — and it worked. That chapter — what we now lovingly refer to as our “Shed Marketer Era” — taught us the power of niche expertise. It showed us what happens when you stop trying to be everything to everyone, and instead, go deep where you can truly lead. It shaped how we think about service design, system-building, and long-term client wins.
Like many of the clients we serve, we were stuck doing everything — building websites, running campaigns, managing clients — but without a scalable system. We were working in the business, not on it.
So in 2024, we did what we help our clients do: we restructured. We simplified. We focused.
Today, MosierData exists to help owners like you reclaim your time, simplify your growth, and turn your business into a scalable machine — powered by systems, automation, and strategic clarity. And while we don’t wear it on our sleeve, our work is grounded in the values that guide us beyond business: service, stewardship, and a belief in building something greater than ourselves.
